All sums which the Insured shall wishes to assume liability to pay for compensation and all costs and expenses of litigation plus consequential loss following it arising out of accidental death and/or bodily injury and/or accidental loss and/or damage sustained by Third Party including but not limited to the visitors/tourists/guests and/or users and/or property and contents belonging to or held in trust by or in the custody or control of the Insured arising out of all operations and product manufactured by the Insured including property belonging to guests or visitors while such property is within the premises or under the Custody or control of the Insured including product manufactured and/or made and/or distributed by the Insured and/or any third parties in the Insured’s service while engaged in the Insured’s business and/or trade. (Including liability arising from the sales, supply, construction or manufacture by or on behalf of the Insured including any commodity outside the Republic of Indonesia – Excluding USA & Canada)
