SECTION I –
MATERIAL DAMAGE
BUILDING
On
building and all real and personal property of any kind nature or description
in and/or about the insured premises including but not limited to materials on
the ground and all structural appurtenances, fixtures-fittings attached and
belonging thereto and external walls gates, fences, car parks, driveways,
pavements, gangways, alleys and annexes underground cable supplies, gas-pipes,
machinery and plant (including its supporting and protective structures) lift,
generators, chiller-boilers, moveable-equipment, non-licensed vehicle, furniture, fixtures-fittings and utensils of
every description including but not limited to Office
inventory and equipment, Televisions, CCTV, AC, PABX and Telephone set,
mobile-phone and hand-phone, Fax and Copy machines, computers & laptop
including its installation network (LAN & Internet) and its supporting
equipment, all kitchen equipment, sports club and restaurant including
other supporting facilities, including their
inventory, interior decoration and improvements, business books including cost
of rewriting business records computer records and software, landscape
and cost of replanting the garden guests and tenants effects of which Insured
has assumed liability and all other contents of every type and description not
otherwise insured the property of the Insured and/or held by them in trust
whilst in and/or about the Insured premises. (Cover shall be deemed to include
the property of the guests and tenants for which the Insured has assumed or
wishes to have assumed liability with limit USD. __________ any one
accident).

SECTION
II – BUSINESS INTERUPTION
One
hundred percent (100%) of the amount which the Insured is entitled to recover
under the provisions of the attached specification which is declared to be
incorporated in and to form part of this schedule but not exceeding the Total
Sum Insured hereby.
