MACHINERY BREAKDOWN - Coverage

 

Any sudden and unforeseen loss or damage and includes loss or damage resulting from :

·       Mechanical Electrical Breakdown

·       Careless incompetent or negligent acts of employees or third parties

·       Structural defects, materials defects or defect of design or assembly

·       Fortuitous working accidents such as vibration, maladjustment loosening of parts, abnormal stresses metal fatigue, centrifugal force excessive, speed defective or accidental lack of lubrication, seizure water hammer or local overheating failure of or faults in protection devices.

·       Falling, impact, collision or similar occurrences, obstruction or the entry of foreign bodies

·       Storm, frost or drifting ice                                               

·       The effects of electric current following excessive or insufficient voltage, failure of insulation, short circuits, open circuit or arcing or the effects of static electricity

·       Any Explosion and Implosion

·       Any Erection of Machineries including Testing and Commissioning

On machinery plant including its supporting and protective structures and all other mechanical tools electrical and electronic and computerized equipment including air-conditioning system, lift, moveable-equipment, non-licensed vehicle, piping, design, moulds, pattern, supporting and protective structure but not limited to lighting system, fire-fighting equipment, compressor, washing and cleaning machine, generator, chiller-boiler, storage-tanks, conveyer-belt, moveable-equipment and all other accessories attached thereto stand-by machinery and spare-parts which all contained within the premises owned by the Insured and/or rented and/or held in trust or on commission and for which the Insured is responsible whilst in and/or about the Insured premises.

 

 

            Catatan :

q  Perlu dilakukan penyesuaian ulang, dengan melihat Okupasi dari tertanggung, seperti misalnya industry Bakery, dengan mempertimbangkan mesin-mesin yang digunakan lebih spesifik.

 

First Loss Under Insurance Clause

The Insurance by this policy is arranged on the basis of first loss up to an amount stated in the Schedule of this policy.
It is agreed that the Average Condition of this Policy is hereby deleted.

Cyber Non-aggregation clause

Losses arising, directly or indirectly, out of :

(I) loss or, alteration of, or damage to :

or

(ii) a reduction in the functionality, availability or operation of

a computer system, hardware, programme, software, data, information repository, microchip integrated circuit or similar device in computer equipment or non-computer equipment, whether the property of the policy of the policy holder of the reinsured or not, do not in and of themselves constitute an event unless arising out of one or more of the following perils :

fire, ligthning, explosion, aircraft or vehicle, falling objects, windstorm, hail, tornado, cyclone, hurricane, earthquake, volcano, tsunami, flood, freeze or weight of snow.
