Warranty Concerning Construction Material
It is agreed and understood that otherwise
subject to the terms, exclusions, provisions and conditions contained in the
Policy or endorsed thereon, the Insurers shall only indemnify the Insured for
loss, damage or liability direct or indirectly caused to construction
material by flood or inundation if such construction material does not exceed
three days' demand and the exceeding quantities are kept in areas not
endangered by 20-year floods.

Janji Mengenai Material Konstruksi
Dengan ini disetujui dan dipahami bahwa
lain daripada yang diatur dalam syarat, pengecualian, ketentuan dan kondisi
yang terdapat pada Polis atau yang diendos di dalamnya, Penanggung hanya
memberi ganti rugi Tertanggung untuk kerugian, kerusakan atau tanggung jawab
langsung atau tidak langsung pada material konstruksi yang disebabkan oleh
banjir dan genangan air jika material konstruksi tersebut tidak melebihi
kebutuhan tiga hari dan kelebihan jumlahnya disimpan di daerah yang tidak
terancam bahaya banjir 20-tahunan.
